Mango Lassi

Mango, the king fruit of India, is the most important ingredient of this exotic summer yoghurt drink. Mango Lassi has a creamy texture, fruity-sour taste and is India’s exotic summer hit. A great alternative to sweetened soda! Deeply chilled Lassi refreshes and satiates small hunger between the meals. With a simple stick blender or blender, this yoghurt drink is easy to make.

Ingredients for 5 servings:

500 ml natural yoghurt, 3.7% fat
500 ml water
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
2 tablespoon Jaggery sugar
1 tablespoon rose water


Blend a cup of natural yoghurt with the same amount of water. Add fresh mango, 2 tablespoons of Jaggery sugar, one tablespoon of rose water and blend medium strength for additional minute. Consume mango lassi immediately or refrigerate in a container for 1 day.
